In 1957 my grandfather and grandmother set sail on a trip around the world. It was quite an adventure considering they lived in a very small country town in central N.S.W. My Papa was never without a camera and while they were away he took hundreds, maybe thousands of photo's. Forward to a few years ago when I was visiting my mother and she told me that she'd found a box of slides in the garage and did I want to look at them before she took them to the tip. So I took them home and scanned them into the computer and they were marvelous little windows into the past. So now I take the images and decorate tiles with them and they are beautiful pieces of vintage history to hang on your wall.
They love travelling as much as my Papa so I'll post them anywhere in the world. Just contact me for details.
As for the magnets, they're just a bit of retro fun.
